FIBA reduce the time more than 90%
FIBA is an international group of companies operating in 12 countries.The company has converted several key personnel processes into electronic format at once: hiring, dismissal, transfer, processing of vacations and disciplinary sanctions. A significant result of the project was the acceleration of the signing of personnel documents throughout the network. Previously, the whole process could take up to 2.5 weeks. After implementation, the registration of a new employee takes place day after day.

The company also notes a reduction in employee labor costs. Now, employees of trading rooms do not need to come to the office, store directors have freed up the time that they spent on processing staff, and HR managers sign any number of documents in a couple of minutes. In addition, FIBA Retail plans to reduce the cost of courier deliveries to the regions.

The solution scales to all stores of the network and expands functionality - through HRlink, workers will issue income certificates and settlement sheets. Reasons for Semrush's adoption of an electronic document flow include the fact that is more convenient for employees and saves time for HR specialists when preparing and finalizing paperwork. A clear, simple, and easy-to-use tool for electronic HR document flow management was what was required. For Semrush, it had to be HRlink.

HRlink is a paperless HR document flow service that allows users to sign all types of personnel documents. Employees can use an unqualified electronic digital signature issued directly on the platform, or alternatively their account on the Gosuslugi portal. The system was chosen for its ability to quickly set up data exchanges with corporate systems, and for its clear and user-friendly interface.

Migration to HRlink took around two months, and this included the procurement stage and drafting of documents. Now more than 650 employees use the service, as well as 5 HR specialists at the Semrush office. The majority of documents connected to various HR documents are now electronic, from recruitment and leave to notifications for employees.

On the whole, the team has managed to reduce the time it takes to process documents with employees by an average of 50%. Previously, this process would take up to several days: papers would have to be prepared, and either a meeting with an employee would have to be organized or documents would have to be sent by courier or post.
